The BelRose Group has been exclusively engaged by OneCare to recruit a HR Advisor to join its Corporate Office team in Hobart. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the organisation while being part of a highly supportive and flexible HR function.

The HR Advisor plays a key role in providing practical, timely and accurate human resources advice to managers and employees. Working as part of a collaborative HR team, the role supports the organisation's strategic objectives through strong generalist practice and trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
* Providing day to day HR advice across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and off boarding
* Supporting managers with the interpretation and application of industrial awards, enterprise agreements and relevant legislation
* Coaching and supporting leaders to effectively manage performance, conduct and development matters
* Special projects to evolve systems and processes
* Contributing to HR reporting for senior leaders as required
The ideal candidate profile
* Experience in a human resources generalist role, ideally with previous experience in a similar position
* A qualification in human resources or equivalent practical experience
* Sound knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to apply it in a service delivery environment
* Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work constructively with a wide range of stakeholders
* Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* A team focused approach and genuine alignment with a caring, values driven organisation
