Base pay range
A$140,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr
We're currently recruiting a newly-created Reporting/Analytics Manager role with an SME Insurer based in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to become the organisation's first dedicated analytics specialist.
This is a hands-on position focused on owning the business's reporting and analytics suite, rather than people management. You'll work closely with the C-level, and other senior stakeholders to shape data strategy and build out BI/Insights capability, supporting smarter decision-making across the organisation.
About the role
Centralise and manage the organisation's reporting and analytics function
Partner with the C-level to define and execute on data strategy
Establish and enhance BI/Insights capability alongside a BI specialist
Provide actionable insights to C-level and business teams to support commercial decision-making
Act as the go-to analytics specialist across the business
About you
5+ years' experience in reporting, BI, or related roles
Strong technical background in reporting tools
Comfortable working in a hands-on capacity within a smaller organisation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Thrives in an environment where you can take ownership and directly shape reporting capability
This is a permanent position with a salary guide of $140k – $150k p.a. + super (slight flexibility based on experience)
