Property Administration Officer Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Administration Officer to support the day-to-day running of our property portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing trust accounting, liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors, and ensuring all administration is handled with precision and professionalism.
About the Role:
* Manage trust accounting, including receipting, disbursements, and reconciliations;
* Prepare and process rental payments, bond lodgements, and end-of-month reporting;
* Support property managers with lease preparation, renewals, and maintenance requests;
* Handle general administration, correspondence, and data entry;
* Ensure compliance with legislation and agency procedures;
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Proven experience in property management or property administration;
* Strong knowledge of trust accounting and relevant regulations;
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;
* Proficient in property software (e.g. PropertyMe, Console, REST, or similar);
* Confident communicator with a professional and proactive attitude;
