Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Lawyer to join our Wills and Estates, Property Law, and Commercial Law teams based in Nowra. This role involves occasional work-from-home opportunities.
* Assist clients with wills, powers of attorney, and enduring guardianship documents.
* Help individuals plan their estates and protect their assets.
* Pursue disputed wills matters and probate and estate administration.
* Facilitate residential conveyancing and commercial transactions.
You will enjoy building client relationships, working autonomously, and contributing to the growth of our busy regional practice.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will require:
* Admission as a solicitor in New South Wales.
* Experience in Wills and Estates, Property Law, and Commercial Law.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
