Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm | Strong Work/Life Balance
Join a growing residential builder specialising in high-end new builds and renovations across the Northern Beaches. They're currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join their team. You'll run projects valued between $500k – $3M, managing trades, programme and quality while still being hands-on on the tools when required.
What you'll be doing
* Running high-end residential sites from start to finish
* Managing trades, sequencing and programme
* Maintaining quality and safety on site
* Being hands-on when required
What we're looking for
* Proven Site Foreman / Leading Hand / Site Supervisor experience in residential construction
* Background in high-end new builds and renovations
* Trade qualified (Carpentry preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
