Overview
Shadforth is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our Pipe Crews delivering large-scale subdivision projects across the Sunshine Coast. Work with a supportive team installing stormwater, sewer, and water mains infrastructure, using modern 30t Komatsu PC300-8 machines with Trimble GPS.
Position Details
* 50+ hour weeks, including daily overtime, RDOs and daily travel allowance
* Local, long‐term work on the Sunshine Coast

We're Looking For:
Side Excavator Operators
* Experience on 20t+ machines and lifting operations
* Skilled with shoring box work and deep excavations
* Team player who follows site directions and safety standards
Lead Excavator Operators
* Strong trenching and shoring experience
* Confident working around services and small crews
* GPS experience (Trimble) highly regarded
