In this Manager role, you will:
* Successfully deploy strategies and process improvements to ensure compliance with the updated NAB Anti-Fraud policy.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships across the value chain to support the Anti-Fraud policy uplift.
* Deliver initiatives to ensure safe and sustainable business outcomes.
* Develop an overview of product operational risks and associated controls, working with process owners within Fraud Operations, Customer Divisions, and Divisional Controls to enhance the control framework.
* Identify and implement improvements across the value chain and provide advice on diverse tasks and change initiatives.
What you will bring:
* Proven experience in compliance, risk management, legal, and/or divisional controls.
* Demonstrated experience delivering significant programs or service delivery.
* Experience within fraud management is highly advantageous.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.
* Project management experience and skills.
* A customer-obsessed mindset with excellent communication skills.
