The GV Health Tatura campus includes Parkvilla Aged Care Facility and the Tatura Hospital. Parkvilla is a residential aged care home for 13 residents and two transitional care clients and has the feel of a ‘home away from home.’ Tatura Hospital comprises of eight beds and provides acute hospital and palliative care services, in addition to pathology collection, podiatry, self-management support, transition care program and x-ray.

About the role
The Administration Team Leader provides administrative support to the Director of Nursing at the Tatura Campus. The role incorporates the management of the Administration Assistants at Tatura, in conjunction with the campus manager. The Administration Team Leader provides a diverse range of administrative support to effectively and efficiently manage and operate the administration team at the Tatura campus and support the Director of Nursing
What we are looking for
2. Previous experience in supervisory, management or senior administrative role
3. Certificate IV in Business or similar, or equivalent experience
4. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in utilising Microsoft windows application including work, excel, publisher, outlook and intranet/internet
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience in liaising with a diverse range of people
6. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
