We're looking for an experienced Head Baker to lead our bakery team in Bondi.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone passionate about quality baking, team leadership, and consistent production in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily bake production (bread, pastries & specialty items)
* Supervise, train, and support bakery staff
* Maintain product quality and consistency
* Manage stock, ordering, and minimise waste
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
* Contribute ideas for new and seasonal products
About You
* Previous experience as a Head Baker or Senior Baker
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Passion for artisan baking
* Reliable and comfortable with early starts
* Able to thrive in a busy production environment
