What is the role?
We are currently looking for a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Burwood as the first point of contact for all technical support for our customers. This role will occasionally be required to work in various locations around Sydney metro to provide on-site support to customers.
The Responsibilities Of This Role Include:
1. Windows 10 & O365 support
2. Azure/ MS Entra (provisioning accounts, basic troubleshooting)
3. Exchange Online support (mailbox creation, permissions, message tracking)
4. Firewall security
5. Networking troubleshooting (connectivity, restarting of equipment)
6. On-premise rack and stack
7. Hardware provisioning
8. Check alerts in the morning, servers, back-ups, look for trends and patterns (NOC)
The key skills required for this role include:
1. Demonstrated recent experience in a similar role with a Managed Services Provider
2. Demonstrated experience supporting Azure, Teams, AD, Exchange Online and Windows Servers
3. Experience with basic CISCO switching and routing troubleshooting
4. Experience working to various SLA's, creating, and managing tickets across multiple customers
5. Previous NOC experience is highly desirable
6. Experience developing and maintaining a knowledge base within the ITSM tool
7. Excellent customer service skills and the desire to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
8. ITIL Certification preferred
9. Ability to obtain a police and working with children check
