The Opportunity:
As our Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a key role in driving new business growth and building strong relationships with potential clients. You'll be responsible for generating and qualifying opportunities, engaging prospects across multiple channels, and booking high-quality meetings for our sales team.
This is a full-time opportunity perfect for someone who's energetic, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, start-up style environment. You'll have real ownership, strong earning potential, and the chance to grow quickly as we scale.
What you'll do:
* Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and networking
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery meetings for the senior sales team
* Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
* Develop a strong understanding of Empire Amplify's services and value proposition
* Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to support new business initiatives
* Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
* Continuously refine outreach messaging and approach to improve conversion rates
What you'll bring:
* 1+ year experience in sales, lead generation, recruitment, or a customer-facing role
* Confidence with outbound outreach and speaking to new people daily
* Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
* A proactive, self-starter attitude with a genuine drive to succeed
* Highly coachable with a positive, growth-focused mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
