The Role
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team. As a key member of our culinary unit, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals in accordance with established procedures.
* Apply sound food safety principles; minimize waste and maintain cleanliness
* Ensure the maintenance of essential food safety documentation
* Oversee stock control and rotation practices
This is an 8-hour shift position requiring flexibility across Monday-Sunday between 9:30am-5:30pm. We offer a competitive compensation package including casual loading.
Necessary Requirements:
* Possess a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent Chef certification)
* Hold a valid National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
