We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of an operational solar farm. Reporting to the Site Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant site performance while maximising asset availability.
You'll play a key role in coordinating contractors, monitoring asset performance, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders both on-site and within the local community.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance
* Supervise contractors and ensure all works meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
* Monitor asset performance and coordinate maintenance to maximise availability
* Review and track planned and corrective maintenance activities
* Conduct site inspections and identify risks, hazards, and improvement opportunities
* Ensure compliance with all HSE, environmental, and regulatory requirements
* Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions
* Liaise with control room, contractors, and internal teams on outages and performance
* Manage site inventory, tools, and spare parts
* Engage with local stakeholders and support community relations
Required Experience
* Experience in wind farm, renewable energy, or power generation operations (preferred but not essential)
* Background in site supervision, operations, or maintenance environments
* Experience managing contractors and site-based activities
* Familiarity with SCADA, CMMS, or similar asset management systems
* Strong understanding of HSE and compliance requirements
Qualifications
* Degree or trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline
