About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you'll be part of a small but mighty team that supports the Executive Leadership Team and Directorate with all things people. From recruitment and policy development to workforce planning and employee support, you'll be a trusted partner helping our teams thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing timely, accurate advice on HR matters including recruitment, conditions of service, and policy interpretation.
* Managing HR documentation, systems, and shared inboxes with precision and care.
* Drafting correspondence, reports, and materials that support our HR operations.
* Supporting HR initiatives that build capability and enhance our workplace culture.
* Building strong relationships across iCBR and with external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
* A solid understanding of ACTPS employment frameworks and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - with a knack for clarity and professionalism.
* A proactive, organised approach to managing competing priorities.
* A commitment to confidentiality, respect, and equity in the workplace.
* Experience with HR systems (Chris21, LMS), records management (Objective), and Microsoft Office.
