The Team Manager Analyst role presents an exciting opportunity for a driven and emerging leader to step into a strategic leadership position within our Regional Business Banking team.
You’ll lead a high-performing team of Analysts and Account Managers and be responsible for shaping the region’s business by building relationships, developing local capability, and laying the groundwork for continued success. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a region full of promise, strengthen our local presence, and unlock new potential across Albury or Wagga Wagga. Please note travel will be required for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and coach a team of Analysts and Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
- Champion best-practice sales and service delivery, ensuring alignment with RAB credit and compliance standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners to support team success.
- Drive capability uplift across the Centre, ensuring frontline staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Identify and manage risk proactively, sharing insights and supporting course correction where needed.
- Promote a curious mindset and encourage adoption of technology across the team.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a senior analyst with strong credit and risk skills.
- Leadership experience is highly regarded, but we also welcome high-performing senior team members ready to step into leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of financial services products.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes.
