InfraBuild Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and improving plant performance over the long term. What you will be doing:
* Investigating equipment reliability issues and implementing long-term corrective actions
* Acting as the engineering authority on equipment safety and design integrity
* Developing and improving preventative and condition‑based maintenance strategies
* Identifying and delivering plant improvement and optimisation initiatives
* Scoping and delivering CAPEX projects, from concept to commissioning
* Leading condition monitoring programs to improve asset reliability
* Supporting plant shutdowns with engineering input and oversight
* Coordinating inspections and translating findings into practical solutions
* Maintaining engineering and maintenance documentation
* Mentoring engineers and supporting team capability development
* Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to prioritise work
