Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Sales Team based in Darwin NT. The successful candidate will have sales experience in a customer-centric environment; industry or industrial experience is a bonus!
As part of your role, you will provide customers with product and technical support via face to face, phone, or processing orders that come through via email. Attend to customer service - counter sales enquiries and assist with pick packing orders.
As part of the Internal Sales Team, you will be reporting to the Branch Manager. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for a person who is looking for professional growth opportunities with our wider group.
Responsibilities
* Process orders via phone and email.
* Make technical sales and provide product support.
* Provide customer service - counter sales and via phone.
* Attend to general and sales enquiries.
* Assist with pick packing orders.
Qualifications
* Good Customer service skills through proven work history
* Good verbal and written skills
* Computer literate at an intermediate level
* Goal oriented with a passion for achieving results
* The ability to multitask and prioritize your workloads.
* Willingness to work as part of a team, and do whatever is required, to help achieve business targets.
* Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous.
