The Role: In this highly important role, you'll be the first face our members see when they enter our Brand NEW Merse Wellness Spa in Osborne Park. Whatever a potential or existing member need, you help them find it with your heartfelt professional service, providing every person who walks through our doors with electric experiences with every interaction.
This is a casual position, however we do have permanent full‑time positions available too
This is a diverse role that will have you switching from greeting members personally & answering the phones, to checking the spa pool & sauna areas to ensure a high standard of service and cleanliness at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet everyone & serve customers at the front desk.
* Booking customers in for services, and giving spa tours.
* Answer calls, handling queries & listening to complaints, directing the member to the relevant manager if necessary.
* Utilise the computer & our various software systems to look up member details, create access key tags, process purchases & assist members with their bookings.
* Maintain consistent sales by answering calls and attending to walk‑ins, upsell memberships to existing members.
* Linen inventory, replacing towels throughout the spa, surface cleaning where required and stock‑takes.
* Ensuring all Sauna Rooms are turned on, cleaned and prepared for the next group of customers.
* Ensure all facilities and services are safe and clean at all times.
* Assist the Spa Manager where directed.
* Ensure professional presentation standards are maintained.
* Perform opening & closing duties in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Experience in reception or customer service within a Spa, Wellness Centre, or Health Club, with the ability to confidently support daily operations.
* A friendly, outgoing, well‑presented personality with strong communication skills — able to listen, understand, empathise, and solve problems.
* Customer‑focused, committed to delivering exceptional service, upholding brand standards, and living health and wellness values.
* A reliable, proactive, "can‑do" team player with a strong work ethic, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to multitask.
* Computer literate, quick to learn new systems, and confident communicating and upholding policies and procedures.
* Weekend availability is essential, along with First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) and full Australian working rights.
