**The client**
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular inspections of the entire building, including all common areas and plant rooms.
- Monitor contractor works, to ensure all works are satisfactorily completed to a high quality and in a professional manner to minimise disruption to occupants and visitors.
- Ensure all relevant statutory requirements are implemented and adhered to by all stakeholders, in order to maintain compliance at the building.
- Liaise with tenants in regards to operational issues, striving for satisfaction of service delivery with an emphasis on tenant retention.
- Assist the Property Management team as necessary with financial variance analysis on expenditure for client reporting purposes.
- Establish suitable routines for the control and preservation of all drawings and building operation and maintenance manuals including FRC document control.
