We are rapidly expanding globally and are looking for a proactive Finance Manager to join our leadership team to strengthen our financial management, reporting, and strategic decision‑making capabilities and drive sustainable financial growth. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end financial management of Hub OS, ensuring robust control, insightful analysis, and accurate reporting across all aspects of the business. This is a hands‑on role that balances day‑to‑day financial control with strategic business partnering, working closely with leadership and operational teams globally. Currently this role has sole responsibility for finance, so there are no direct reports, but the finance function will grow over time as the business scales globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and banking.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for Hub leadership and Mulpha Group.
* Coordinate annual audit and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
* Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, providing analysis of key trends, variances, and business drivers.
* Develop financial models to support pricing, investment, and growth strategies.
* Analyse SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, customer acquisition costs, LTV, etc.) and operational KPIs to drive business performance.
* Provide clear, forward‑looking financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
* Manage day‑to‑day cash flow and working capital, ensuring adequate liquidity.
* Oversee BAS, GST, payroll tax, and other statutory obligations.
* Contribute to the evolution of finance systems and reporting frameworks to support Hub's global growth.
Background
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA qualification preferred).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance role, ideally within the IT/software or SaaS industry within a high‑growth environment expanding globally.
* Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
* Understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements for a business expanding globally.
* Experience with financial modelling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with both technical and non‑financial stakeholders.
* Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
