About the Role
In this newly created position, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing performance of our global ecommerce platforms. You will be responsible for optimizing customer journey across multiple Shopify stores, driving conversion rates and increasing revenue.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role where your insights and experimentation will directly influence business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute a strategy roadmap to improve conversion rates and revenue.
* Lead A/B multivariate testing initiatives from hypothesis implementation to reporting.
* Analyze customer behavior using tools like GA4, MS Clarity, and Triple Whale to uncover friction points and opportunities.
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance usability, accessibility, and mobile optimization.
* Optimize key touchpoints in the customer journey, including navigation, checkout, and landing pages.
* Implement personalization strategies and dynamic content to improve engagement and relevance.
* Work cross-functionally with CRM, Paid Media, Trade Marketing teams to align CRO efforts with broader business goals.
* Report on key CRO metrics and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
* You have over 3 years of experience in dedicated ecommerce management roles with a focus on web optimization and digital experimentation.
* Proven success in running A/B tests and improving website performance.
* Proficient with Shopify, GA4, CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, and Visually.io.
* Strong understanding of UX principles, customer psychology, and digital behavior.
* Analytical, data-driven, structured approach to problem-solving.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced D2C ecommerce environments.
* Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with personalization tools, e.g., Rebuy, Fast Simon, international ecommerce.
* Background in fast-moving fashion retail brands is highly regarded.
