We're seeking a warm, friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Burnie branch in a part-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm. This role is ideal for someone looking for stable, school-hours work who enjoys being the first point of contact and takes pride in creating a positive, welcoming environment.
As the face of the branch, you'll greet customers and visitors, manage incoming calls and provide front-of-house support that helps the branch run smoothly each day. You'll be supported by an experienced local team and play an important role in representing the William Adams brand to our customers and community.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Your key responsibilities and duties will include:
* Responding to all incoming telephone calls both internally and externally
* Providing administrative support to the Burnie Operations, Sales, Parts and Service departments
* Providing a high-level of organisational support
* Managing petty cash, ordering uniforms, collecting and distributing mail
