Are you a conveyancing expert with a passion for delivering high-value property transactions? Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is seeking a driven professional to join our Governance and Legal team.

Your Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director, Legal Services - Commercial. In this pivotal role, you'll manage high-volume, high-value, and high-risk property transactions that are critical to EDQ. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex legal matters while providing clear and accurate performance reporting to senior management. Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex, high-volume property transactions from start to finish.
* Provide expert conveyancing advice and ensure compliance with legislation.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to achieve seamless outcomes.
* Drive process improvements and maintain up-to-date contract precedents.
What We're Looking For
* Proven expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing.
* Strong knowledge of REIQ contracts, PEXA, and Queensland Land Titles Office procedures.
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
