We are seeking an experienced and passionateOSHC Coordinatorto lead our Outside School Hours Care service based within a primary school environment near the Gold Coast. The service is licensed for 165childrenand operates between 6 amand 6 pm.
This is a full-time role with split shifts between 6 am- 8:30 am & 2:30 pm - 6 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service
* Implement a Montessori-inspired, child-led learning environment
* Manage staffing, rostering, and programming
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
* As the Coordinator, you will lead a dedicated team of educators, create engaging programs for children, and play a key role in building inclusive, vibrant communities.
About You:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (ECTs welcome)
* Previous Coordinator or leadership experience in OSHC/childcare
* Strong experience in programming and team leadership
* Current First Aid/CPR and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Proficient with the EYLF, NQS and NQF
