About this opportunity

Jesmond has an opportunity for a talented leader who will be responsible for supporting our wonderful team of dentists and dental assistants and running all aspects of the practice.

Responsibilities
* Full time permanent role – Monday to Friday
* Modern practice with 4 dental chairs
* Responsible for staff management, reporting, process improvements and sales
* A welcoming, friendly team and a great regional manager on hand for support
* Ensure success for all patients, team members and dentists

Your Skills and Attributes

You are a dedicated and true management professional who wants to utilise their capabilities to add value to our business and build a career with us.

* Dental or medical knowledge / experience is highly regarded, but experience outside the industry will be considered
* Leadership skills including the ability to motivate others and build relationships quickly
* Demonstrated experience in effective people management including coaching, mentoring, performance management and recruitment
* Sound business and commercial acumen with experience in working to set targets, KPI's and rostering
