Job Description
The Site Performance Partner plays a critical role in driving and sustaining high performance across Employment Services contracts. Working in close partnership with Site Managers, this role provides hands‑on operational support, coaching, and capability uplift to improve performance outcomes, particularly in areas of underperformance.
The position focuses on enabling success through mentoring, data‑informed insights, and practical support. It operates as a non‑directive, trusted partner, supporting sites to improve KPI achievement, outcome conversions, and overall service quality, while ensuring alignment with contractual and organisational expectations.
Key Accountabilities include:
* Act as a coach, advisor, and sounding board to navigate performance challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
* Support Site Managers to interpret contract requirements and translate them into practical, site‑specific actions.
* Analyse performance data, KPIs, and outcome conversion metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Provide hands‑on coaching, mentoring, and support to frontline staff.
* Motivate and build capability in teams to achieve performance targets and sustainable outcomes.
* Demonstrate strong working knowledge of multiple Employment Services contracts and program requirements.
* Support the implementation and embedding of service delivery models, tools, and operational practices.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance support strategies.
* Support sites through contract changes, guideline updates, and organisational initiatives.

* Demonstrated high performance in achieving KPIs and outcome conversions within Employment Services.
* Sound understanding of Employment Services contracts and performance drivers, coupled with a proven capability to operate effectively across multiple programs.
* Highly effective coaching and mentoring capability, with the ability to inspire teams to consistently exceed performance expectations.
* Experience within Employment Services or a comparable outcomes‑based environment.
* Demonstrated success in performance improvement or operational support roles.
* Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and contract delivery.
