About this role As part of an ongoing contract with the Department of Justice, a qualified and experienced Deputy Security Manager has the rare opportunity to join the Broome Courthouse team in WA This role requires you as a critical member of the Management team to provide vital support to the Security Manager and assist in delivering an effective and efficient court operation.
You will ensure the correct deployment of staff across the region and be responsible for the day-to-day performance of security officers under your control, as well as the management of secure areas within the court.
This role involves attending a 6-week training course covering policies and procedures. About you You report directly into the Security Manager, approaching stakeholders with excellent engagement skills and adopting a collaborative approach to people management.
You are analytical and a natural leader who can drive and embed best practice service delivery through committing our people.
You possess excellent organisational capabilities and can identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
