We're searching for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the Royal Oak – the beating heart of our local community and the place where pub classics meet creative plates locals can't get enough of. The Royal Oak Hotel is a North Adelaide icon, a cool watering hole that attracts all types of people looking to enjoy a refreshing drink, a tasty bite or just some good company. Our team are passionate about good food, coffee, wine, mixology and music. Guests can soak up the atmosphere in our fabulous beer garden, enjoy live entertainment or kick back with friends and family over scrumptious food at the Royal Oak.
About The Role
Lead the kitchen as a hands‐on Head Chef, overseeing all cooking, kitchen staff, and safety, while working closely with the Publican and front‐of‐house team.
Salary
* From: $82,000 + superannuation + bonus

Inherent Requirements
* Hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

* You've got trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications sorted.
