This is a newly created role for a Project Manager to join a growing SME undergoing a significant technology transformation. They are investing in modern platforms, improved business intelligence capabilities, and stronger project delivery practices to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making across the organisation. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead several high-profile initiatives while helping establish scalable project management standards and governance across the business. Your initial focus will be leading three key transformation programs: Implementation of a new enterprise Data Warehouse and reporting platform Selection and implementation of a new ERP solution Enhancement of internal project management frameworks, governance, methodologies, and best practices You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects and programs Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reporting Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, vendor resources, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders Manage project scope, dependencies, issues, risks, and change requests Ensure projects achieve defined business outcomes and benefits Oversee solution design, testing, data migration, training, and go-live activities Drive adoption and change management initiatives across the organisation Rolling out Project Management best practice; develop project management standards, templates, reporting, and documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with external technology partners and implementation vendors Manage vendor performance against contractual commitments, milestones, budgets, and SLAs Provide clear and concise reporting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders Essential Experience 5 years' experience delivering IT and business transformation projects Proven experience implementing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, or Business Intelligence solutions Strong project planning, governance, budgeting, and risk management skills. Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Experience within an SME or mid-sized organisation Formal project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) Experience establishing or improving PM capabilities and delivery frameworks This role will start as a 24 month fixed term contract and be 3 days in office.
