Station Head Job Description
The Station Head is responsible for overseeing ground operations at the respective station, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all ground operations to ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee outsourced functions performed by Ground Service Providers (GSP) and vendors.
* Ensure airline products and services meet quality standards.
* Manage airport operations, including documentation, record keeping, training, manpower management, GSP performance, and contracts.
* Facilitate effective communication and engagement with stakeholders to support operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Degree in any field with 3 years of experience.
* Diploma in any field with 5 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Airport Services functions and key activities, as well as strong leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
