Office Coordinator / Manager

We are a locally owned and established stone masonry business specialising in custom stone benchtops, working closely with cabinet makers, builders and homeowners across Cairns.
We are looking for a reliable and capable Office Manager / Operations Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration and help keep the business running smoothly.
This is a key role within the business, working directly with the owner to manage workflow, customers, and financial administration.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* Managing job scheduling and workflow
* Liaising with customers, cabinet makers and suppliers
* Handling quotes, invoices and job tracking
* Managing MYOB (debtors, creditors, basic payroll)
* Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
* Supporting day-to-day business operations
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is organised, proactive and confident managing multiple tasks
* Has experience in office management or business administration
* Is comfortable using MYOB or similar accounting systems
* Has strong communication and customer service skills
* Can work independently and take initiative
Experience in construction, trades or manufacturing is highly regarded but not essential.
