About the Role
Reporting to the
Building Services Superintendent
, you will:
* Plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and replacement of tiled equipment across GPC terminals.
* Conduct inspections and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
* Liaise with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work.
* Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
* Ensure suitable materials, tools, and resources are available for planned and emergency works.
* Occasionally assist with conveyor belt maintenance activities.
* Work flexibly, including availability for emergency repairs as required.
About You
You are a trade-qualified professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and reliability. You'll bring:
* Certificate III in Wall & Floor Tiling
(mandatory)
* Current White Card (Construction Card)
* C Class driver's licence
* MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
or ability to obtain one
* Proven experience in
industrial tiling
, ideally within a large operational or industrial setting
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
* Sound computer literacy and record-keeping ability (MS Office proficiency)
