With national expansion underway, our Nowra Warehouse Team is seeking a hands-on, confident, and people-focused Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and support our growing volume of sales orders.
This role is ideal for someone who not only understands warehouse and logistics operations, but can also lead people, drive accountability, uplift team performance, and maintain a safe, compliant, efficient warehouse environment.

What You'll Lead & Deliver
As the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor, you will take ownership of the Nowra facility's operational performance. You will lead a small team, influence daily priorities, maintain high standards of safety and accuracy, and ensure the efficient flow of goods, dispatch, stock movement, and customer deliveries.
You'll work closely with our NSW & VIC teams to ensure the warehouse operates with professional discipline, strong communication, and a high-performance culture.
In this varied, hands-on role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our Nowra facility organised and our customers happy, leading daily warehouse operations:
* Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and accountable team culture
* Receiving, dispatching, stock movements
* Pick/pack accuracy
* Inventory integrity and cycle counts
* Container unloads
* Oversee workflow allocation, team productivity, and operational KPIs
* Ensure professional warehouse standards: cleanliness, quality, safety, organisation
* Hands-on support for assembly, basic maintenance, installations preparation, and packing
* Problem-solve operational issues, delays, or service escalations with urgency
* Maintain accurate records across CRM, inventory software, and internal systems
* Collaborate with Sydney HQ and logistics teams to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly
* Enforce compliance with SDS policies, WHS procedures, safe work practices, and equipment standards
* Influence performance, ensure accountability, and support strong team morale

What You'll Bring
* Proven warehouse or logistics team leader / supervisor experience
* Strong people skills: able to coach, influence, motivate, and correct performance when required
* High personal standards, professional warehouse discipline, and quality mindset
* Counterbalance forklift licence (mandatory) – high reach is a bonus
* Experience coordinating stock, dispatch, inbound freight, and delivery schedules
* Comfortable with tools for basic assembly and hands-on tasks
* Strong computer literacy (CRM, WMS, inventory systems, Excel/Google Sheets)
* Excellent communication — internal and external
* Ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining pace and accuracy
* Strong WHS mindset — proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions
* Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, reliable, and team-oriented
* Carpentry/assembly experience is beneficial but not required.
You must be organised, resourceful, and ready to work autonomously when required.
