Job Description
This role involves estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs for insurance projects using cutting-edge technology. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality work while meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Trade qualification preferably in carpentry.
* Previous experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs with a focus on the insurance industry.
* Familiarity with the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
