About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer ready to take the next step in their career. Working with a respected civil contractor, you'll support the delivery of major water infrastructure works from Brisbane to the Gold Coast.
You'll work across planning, coordination, quality, and site supervision, gaining the broader skillset needed to move into a Project Manager position. With direct access to senior leaders and a clear development roadmap, this role sets you up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Project Manager in planning, programming, procurement and delivery activities
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications for water, pipelines, structures and civil works
* Coordinate subcontractors and supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure quality and productivity
* Maintain accurate documentation including ITPs, site diaries, progress reports and quality records
* Monitor project progress against program, forecast risks, and assist with commercial claims and variations
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Australia)
* 3+ years' experience in civil construction or water infrastructure
* Opportunity to progressing into a Project Manager role
Salary & Benefits
* Up to $150,000 + Super
* Monday to Friday, no excessive hours
