CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATORS - WELL DONE CONTACT CENTRES Well Done Contact Centre is an Australian company that provides outsourced customer management solutions specializing in reception, overflow, emergency & lone worker support for sectors such as local government, health & facilities management. These roles involve taking inbound calls from a broad range of clients, ensuring each call receives the highest level of service. Most calls are inbound however, some outbound activity may be required as per our clients' requirements.
Casual inbound positions are available for people who are passionate about customer service at our call centre located in South Nowra with the following conditions:
* Have an exceptional level of written and verbal communication.
* Good computer skills
* Must be reliable
* Ability to adapt to a wide range of different client types
* Be able to work at least 30 hours per week on a casual basis.
* Must be willing to work weekends (Saturdays are mandatory) public holidays and evenings.
* Full training and support provided
* Ongoing coaching/mentoring
* Call Centre operates between 06:00 - 22:30 across a seven day roster 365 days of the year.
Phone interviews will be conducted for suitable candidates followed by a face to face interview
