Previous experience in a Lease Admin role in Property essential

The role will see you working with the Leasing & Asset Management team in ensuring the smooth flow of the lease administration process along with providing ad hoc project support to the leasing team.
Your duties will be to:
- Ensure that the lease administration process runs efficiently in collaboration with leasing and the in-house legal function
- Coordinate paralegals and the Junior Lease Admin to ensure document flow is uninterrupted
- Improve systems and set up procedures that enhance productivity
- Assist in ad hoc projects for the leasing team
Skills required:
- Must have 2 - 5 years minimum experience in lease administration and hold appropriate qualifications
- Competent using Excel
- Deadline driven
- Working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
