About the role: As part of this multi-Partner practice, this role will see you working closely with one of those Partners across a varied mix of work, including: drafting technical advice, negotiating legal agreements and contracts including shareholder agreements, licenses and sale and purchase agreements; advising on M&A transactions; advising on intellectual property protection, particularly structuring; assisting on structuring and tax work (though this will not be a large part of your role); and maintaining high-quality service and client relationships. Skills/Experience: To be considered you will have: 2-8 years PAE corporate and commercial experience ideally from a mid tier or top tier firm; excellent attention to detail and a sharp, analytical mind; and the confidence to manage client relationships.
