• Making sure every single room is at its absolute best for our guests.
• Helping our guests in any way you can – whether they've forgotten their toothbrush or are looking for some local restaurant recommendations.
• Keeping your supervisor in the loop by advising them of any progress or problems.
• Monitoring and controlling supplies to minimise waste.
• Doing your best to reunite guests with any lost or misplaced items.
• Regularly assisting with deep clean projects.

• Flexible with shifts, including starting as early as 5am and finishing as late as 11pm, and available for weekend, public‐holiday, morning and evening shifts.
• Experience working in rooms, laundry and public areas.
• Ability to complete a wide variety of tasks within a set time period.
• High standard of personal presentation.
• Legal eligibility to work in this country.
• Fitness level to be on your feet for the majority of the day; occasional lifting of cargo up to 23kg and push/pull heavy objects.
• Approachable and passionate about providing connected and seamless service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Energetic, vibrant, confident and professional personality.
• Minimum of 1year of experience within a housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel or similar commercial environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
