Position Overview
Operations & Engagement Specialist to Executive Manager Engagement & Business Management. Lead delivery of internal engagement activities that strengthen connection, alignment, and awareness across Field Services, support broader engagement programmes, culture initiatives and recognition activities, and provide high‐quality executive and operational support to the Executive General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver internal engagement activities, including town halls, leadership forums, team events and communications, ensuring alignment to business priorities.
- Support broader engagement programmes, culture initiatives and recognition activities, partnering with leaders to drive participation and meaningful outcomes.
- Manage complex schedules and coordinate leadership forums for the Executive General Manager.
- Prepare clear, accurate, executive‐ready materials such as briefings, reports and insights to support decision‐making and alignment.
- Maintain the operational rhythm of the business by supporting governance forums, tracking actions, coordinating inputs, and ensuring high‐standard reporting.
- Apply structure, prioritisation and follow‐through in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.
Qualifications
- Highly organised, proactive and capable of thriving in a fast‐paced environment while managing competing priorities.
- Comfortable working closely with senior leaders, using sound judgement, discretion and anticipating needs.
- Ability to turn inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear, concise, executive‐ready outputs such as presentations, communications, reporting and briefings.
- Strong relationship‐building skills, reliable follow‐up on actions and meeting deadlines.
- Detail‐oriented, reliable and takes pride in delivering accurate, high‐quality work.
- Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to streamline processes, strengthen reporting and improve consistency.
