As part of the growth strategy, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their finance team.
Role Overview:
My client is looking for a skilled Finance Business Partner to collaborate with various business units and stakeholders, providing financial insights and strategic guidance. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting decision-making processes, and ensuring alignment between financial goals and overall business objectives in our international setting.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Planning:
Partner with business units to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Contribute to the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Prepare regular financial reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variance analysis.
Business Unit Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between finance and various business units, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Provide financial guidance to support decision-making and optimize business performance.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of business units against targets and benchmarks.
Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively to implement necessary changes.
Forecasting and Modeling:
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in an international context.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
Knowledge of international finance regulations and compliance requirements.
