We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join a team as a Site Administrator. Reporting directly to the site Operations Manager, you will take ownership of site-based administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Your new role

Immediate key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Providing administrative support to Project Managers across various tasks

- Ensuring prompt action is taken on all site access requests

- Assisting with timesheet management

- Supporting procurement and inventory control for site supplies

- Handling general office administration, including correspondence, reporting, and data entry

- Ensuring compliance with site safety standards and company procedures

- Coordinating and liaising with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in a site administration role

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative systems

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen

- Enthusiastic, supportive, and collaborative team member with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a friendly demeanour

- 12 months experience in a similar role

- Drivers Licence

- Coal Board Medical

- Standard 11 Training
