WHS Team Administrator - 2 Month Temporary Contract Inner City Eastern Suburbs $40-$45 per hour super 5 days in office Immediate start We're seeking a highly organised Administrator to support a busy WHS team in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and enjoys a mix of coordination, data management, and day-to-day admin support. Key Responsibilities Inbox & Communications: Monitor the WHS inbox, respond to routine enquiries, and distribute team communications and newsletters Data & Systems Support: Maintain accurate records and assist with updating incident data within internal systems Document & Compliance Admin: Support with document checks and general compliance-related administration Incident Coordination: Assist with triaging incoming reports and directing them to the appropriate channels Team Coordination: Schedule meetings, training sessions, and support general team logistics Site Support: Assist with basic site readiness tasks, including maintaining first aid kits and updating notice boards About You Proven experience in an administrative or team support role Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume admin tasks Confident using MS Office and internal systems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to prioritise, multitask, and work autonomously in a busy environment Exposure to WHS or a compliance-driven environment is beneficial but not essential If you have relevant experience and available to start immediately, please apply today or contact megan.crawford@perigongroup.com.au
