At Pearl Home Care is seeking A **Permanent Part Time Scheduler**to join our amazing team.

The position will be covering a mixture of **weekday** shift on consistent schedule.

This role will suit an experienced, hands on individual looking to take on the next step in their career. To be successful in this role you will be a motivated and customer focused individual, passionate about making a positive impact on the team and organisation you support.

**Key duties**

Manage rostering requests during scheduled on-call periods, build and maintain rosters with suitable support workers. Act as an important connection between support workers and the office team.

managing compliance and standard in Home care.

Organising employee agreements and compliance.

Employee online education monitoring.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience working within scheduling or scheduling for a complex service delivery business, ideally within healthcare, is highly desirable.
- An understanding of scheduling principles is desirable, but not essential.
- An understanding of or experience working within the Home care Services sector is desirable, but not essential.
- A high level of competency using computer systems and software.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.

**Job Type**: Part time

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)

Work Location: In person
