About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Support Officer (CSO) – Palliative Care, you will provide essential administrative support, helping ensure smooth operations and supporting quality patient care.
As the CSO, you will:
* Support rostering, payroll and workforce coordination
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
* Manage data entry, reporting and records
* Support patient-related administration and service processes
* Coordinate meetings, and facilitate stock take
* Work closely with the healthcare team to support daily operations

* Experience in administration (healthcare desirable)
* Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
* Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
