 
        
        This is a 3 month fixed term part-time (0.4FTE) position commencing Term 4, 2025 with possible extension and/or permanency.
Gwynne Park Primary School (PS) is looking for someone who differentiates their practice for the needs of individual students - particularly for students who require additional support. Community connection and support for families is a critical part of teaching at Gwynne Park PS.

The Role
Join our team as a Gardener/Handyperson and contribute to fostering a positive learning environment As a key member, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the school grounds, ensuring they are safe, tidy, and conducive to a positive environment for both students and staff.
Your commitment to maintaining gardening facilities, equipment, and tools in a good condition will be important in promoting a positive culture within the school. You will be required to perform minor repairs and maintenance in accordance with the Department's policies and guidelines.
The successful applicant should display effective communication skills, be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with staff and external stakeholders and be able to work unsupervised, with the ability to identify and recognise work that is required to be completed.
