Strata Community Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strata Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community management group, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our strata communities.

You will be responsible for managing multiple strata schemes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, and other stakeholders.
* Deliver high-quality customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
* Manage annual general meetings, committee meetings, and other community events.
* Prepare accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, supported by specialized departments.
* Apply knowledge of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in enforcing by-laws.
* Oversee maintenance of insurance policies and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks.
* Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager or equivalent role.
* Strong understanding of strata legislation and ability to communicate effectively.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in financial reports and budgets.
