Key Position Overview
This is a pivotal role within our Operations Team.
You will join a leading international IT solution provider that genuinely cares and values its people.
The position is full-time – Canberra-based.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage software installation, configuration, and support in customer environments for use in tests, training, exercises, and actual operations.
* Set up and test integrations between C41 software products and coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.
* Design, implement, and support technical solutions.
* Ensure alignment, effective communication, and coordination between stakeholders.
* Develop and deliver technical training of administrators and users.
* Provide level 1 and 2 support to customers on C41 software products, installation, integration with other software and equipment, and to end-users.
* Stay up-to-date with C4 software product roadmaps to maximise value for customers.
* Support project delivery within agreed scope and on time.
Required Skills and Experience
We prefer candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other similar disciplines, and experience in software development technologies such as Java, C#, JavaScript.
Experience with IT infrastructure and platforms like Windows, Linux, Android-based operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems, and XMPP chat is highly valued.
Knowledge of administrating and operating military command information systems, tactical radio devices, and radio networks, along with an ITIL certification, is desirable.
NV1 Security Clearance
To work within our Defence business unit, you must hold (or be able to obtain) and maintain a Defence NV1 security clearance.
