Job Title: Digital Experience Manager

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Digital Experience Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our online presence. This role involves website design and development, content updates, SEO optimisation, performance monitoring, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate has a balanced mix of technical skills, design sensibility, and digital marketing awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage websites, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, performance and ongoing improvements
* Design and deliver digital projects, including campaigns and third-party integrations
* Create user-centric design and functionality across digital platforms (CMS, intranet, apps, etc.)
* Monitor and analyse website traffic and performance to recommend and implement enhancements
* Stay current with digital trends and best practices to maintain an innovative web presence
* Develop and maintain SEO strategies and web standards
* Provide strategic digital advice and support to the Marketing Manager
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in website management or digital content roles
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore XP or similar)
* Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools
* Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma or Canva
* Excellent communication and project management skills
