We're on the lookout for a skilled Production Operator to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing and packaging equipment.
The Role
You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting equipment to maintain optimal speeds and quality. This includes accurate recording of documentation, production reporting, and cleaning production areas and equipment as per schedule.
This role requires a strong understanding of quality and workplace health and safety standards, as well as experience working with Lean principles.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in food manufacturing or a related industry is highly advantageous.
* A3 speed aseptic filling experience on Tetrapak fillers is a significant plus.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and computer skills.
